A great jersey for the casual fan. NOT a great jersey for the serious collector, or for a player that wants a game-ready jersey. Material is lighter weight than pro jerseys (although advertised as such, so I'm just pointing it out) My biggest issue is the Nordiques logo, all of the Fleur d Lis (3 front, 3 back, and 2 shoulders) and even the CCM logo on the hem are all heat-pressed NOT STITCHED !! On a site that goes to great lengths describing why their customization is so great because it is hand stitched, it surprised me that the MAIN PARTS of the jersey were not. BUYER BEWARE - read all of the fine print - this jersey is as advertised, but what you just assume may not be the case. This jersey was not worth the pricetag in my opinion, which is a shame because they did a BEAUTIFUL job with the name and number customization...

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The only way this jersey could be better is if the vintage ones came in authentic makes (with fight straps and such). Otherwise great quality from the vintage line. As a collector of jerseys i was very happy this was made available so I could complete my class of 1979!

I use Canadian hockey jerseys to teach my Geography students about Canada. I love to explain the French influence on the jersey. My students don't know what a "nordique" or "fleur-de-lis" is. It's interesting to compare the Quebec fleur-de-lis to the New Orleans Saints' fleur-de-lis. However, the jersey is not the best quality and the fleur-de-lis logos are not well attached.
