This is something I have been waiting for since April 13 1997 when the Whalers left Hartford, and official merchandise stopped being produced. I ordered a large, and I am a tall (6'3") 200lb man, it fits a little big, but it is exactly how I like my jerseys. The Center "W" crest is stiched on, and seems to be very durable. The "pucky" symbols on the shoulders are made of the same material as the center crest, and are also stiched on, no silk-screening here. As you can see I had the jersey Customized, and it looks amazing!! The only negative I can report was that the "pucky" on the right shoulder came with a crease down the middle. I contacted Customer Support, and was told all jerseys that they have had the same defect, that it came from the distributor that way. All in all a great product though, so strike up the Brass Bonanza, and get your Whalers gear while it lasts.
